Construction and Perfection of Protection System of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Basic Level of China: Take the Protection of Inner Mongolia For Example Abstract:In the past ten years, China has established a unique system of Intangible Cultural Heritage which contains four lists of Intangible Cultural Heritage at national level, provincial level, city and county levels. But so far China hasn’t have a system of protection matched. When China has got a great achievement, there were a lot of complicated problems, especially in basic level. These general problems derived from Chinese protection system self. The success of protection depends on interaction of government, scholars and the people.
